A technical services support team is available to assist clients to work through technical issues associated with Self-Managed Super Funds.
Technical advice is provided either by phone or email with the majority of advice provided the same day. Complex technical advice is provided within a 2-4-day window. All technical advice is confirmed in writing.
There is no cost for the provision of general technical advice. Technical advice of a complex nature is chargeable at $165 per hour plus any external costs associated with the advice provided.
An Online Technical Services portal is also available for advisers to access technical advice, articles and information.
